Our website prices for printed paper bags and other printed goods exclude VAT and delivery, but we will always include these in our quote so that you know the full price.
However, if you are outside the EU you may need to pay additional customs or import duties, which are outside our control.
We process and dispatch orders on normal UK working days.
We try to give you a clear idea when your order may be ready, but you need to tell us if there are specific time constraints.
Orders are delivered on normal UK working days. You will be notified by email when your order is on its way, and can track the order through the carrier’s website.
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day or lead-time specified is a best estimate only, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods
You will need to sign for delivery. Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives so that any problems (rare!) can be sorted out.
Our printed products are customised just for you, so unless the products are faulty we do not accept returns or exchanges. In particular, variations in image colour, lightness and darkness are subjective and do not constitute grounds for return. However, if for any reason the product you received is not as approved by you then we will reprint your order or provide a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel an order after you have approved the artwork proof and paid, let us know as quickly as possible. We will calculate the costs of production until the point we were able to carry out your cancellation instructions, and will refund the amount paid less those costs.
